Bring home the lost...

This is a new blog, devoted to missing and exploited children and issues relating to that subject. I created this blog tonight after viewing a heartwrenching episode of "Dateline" which dealt with the disappearance of a young girl named Erica Baker. The photo here of Erica was copied from the official website run by her family.

My goal with this blog of mine is both simple and unreachable, a fact of which I am fully aware. But we spend so much of our lives worrying about bank balances, or elections, or whether or not Julia Roberts has given birth yet...We need to take time to refocus, to look at the larger issues. Our children are our future, and though that is a cliche that is easily ignored in today's world, it is nonetheless true. To deny them justice is to deny this planet a future of any decent sort.
